Can I get sample?
Of course. We usually provide an existing sample for free. If customized sample, will charge the mold cost only.
How long is the lead time of the sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If customize, it subjects to your own designs.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time for large qty.
What format of the file do you need if I want to customize my own brand?
AI, CDR or PDF are OK, we will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screens for your final approval.
Can I have my own design colour box and private shipping lable?
Sure. For colour box design and shipping labels, please send us in AI or PDF format.
What is your payment term?
